Gentlent is entering a new phase with legal changes scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. These updates are crucial for our future growth and the way we serve our customers.

New Independent Company Under German Law

We're excited to announce that we're forming a new company under German law. This step is a big move for us, aligning our business with a broader vision and improving our service capabilities. We're transitioning from our old company structure, but our team remains the same.

The launch of our new company means updating all our policies. This includes our terms of service, privacy policy, and the right of withdrawal policy. These changes will primarily involve incorporating our new company’s legal name.

Contracts and Customer Accounts

All future contracts will be made with our new company. For our existing customers, we'll ensure a smooth transition to the new structure.

Billing processes through our dashboard will continue with our reseller Paddle, ensuring consistency in our transactions. Previous invoices will still be available in the dashboard.

Service Quality and Improvements

Our commitment to providing top-notch service remains unchanged. Customers can expect the same level of support, with the added promise of upcoming improvements in our services.

Our customer support contacts will stay the same. You can continue reaching out to us through the usual channels for any assistance or queries.

Conclusion

These legal changes mark an important step for us at Gentlent. We're excited about this new journey and appreciate your support. Stay tuned for further updates.
